ilcsre:- The license in iustaut case is granted to Countrywide Promoters Pvt. Ltd' but, application for approval of senrice plan estimates for area of 26.6I'9 acres (Phase-r| is submitted by Era Land Marks Ltd. which raise question that 3to party rights might have been created. The said license (License no. LO42 to 1061 of 2006) is renewed upto 24.07.2013 (CP- Lt62-1L67) wherein certain'conditions were imposed.
Further applicant has submitted representation
in
respect
of various
licenses (CP-1184-185) wherein certain time frame for dep{'fuing dues were given which also includes instant license. After examining the.,same, the
zoning plan were released in few other licenses commitment will be considered in present license. However now regarding issue

similarly the
above, the undersigned is of
view to first seek clarification from licensee that how/ under what circumstances Era Land Marks Ltd. has applied for SpE for license (i.e. for 26.619 acres at of ss.z24 acresf, thereafter the case will be examined.
