Congratulations to all 5 performance groups at last nights’ Battle of the Bands – Honorable mention went to Brielle DiLiberto, Negative Fusion and Edison’s own Ice Ice Baby, Sondra Weiderkehr. There was a tie for first place scoring 83 out of 100 were the Drakes and EZ Beej. Congrats! All participants received gift cards to the Guitar Center.

Congratulations to Edison Softball Varsity 12-2 Victory over Newport Harbor. Freshman Jenna Bloom recorded the win. Home runs hit by Dani Votendahl and Hannah Horton. JV also had a Victory with a score of 15-0. Also don’t forget to cheer on our Softball Ladies as Game of the Week, today at 3:15 as they take on Los Alamitos on our home field. Let’s go Chargers, let’s go!



On April 16th a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Ecuador, to help the thousands of people, Edison will join UNICEF by raising funds for water purification tablets that will be sent to areas most affected by the earthquake. We will be conducting a moment of Impact today immediately following the announcements. We will be collecting “Change” to assist in the purchase of purification tablets to clean water in Ecuador. Please plan to participate!

After defeating Orange Lutheran in the semifinals Tuesday, the undefeated Girls Beach Volleyball Team will play in the finals at Newland St. today after school. Bring your beach chair, sunscreen and cheer on the Girls to their first Beach Championship.



Congratulations to our Varsity Lacrosse team who had a huge win over Marina last night! With a final score of 18-7. Our Chargers Lacrosse teams take on Los Al tomorrow night and HB on Saturday to finish out the season. Great work this year!! JV beat Marina 15:3 :)
