California Post-Secondary Educational Institutions, The purpose of this email is for information regarding transfer and it is requested that it be forwarded to the appropriate personnel. Most recently, it was planned to complete an AS-T – Associate in Science in Administration of Justice for Transfer from Sacramento City College (SCC) in the Spring of 2013, but they issued a two-class period suspension for a Los Rios SCC Administration of Justice Course that turned into an automatic four-class period suspension followed by a six-class, full semester suspension after attempting to conduct discovery as part of the disciplinary process. As of July 16, 2013, the Los Rios Community College District still has a disciplinary hold in effect which prevents registering for courses. The following files attached to this email include some of what has resulted from the discipline: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=313e31ff69&view=pt&search=sent&msg=13fed82a1db2d086
