We are excited to announce that our 4th and 5th grade choir will be singing the National Anthem at the Lancers Game on December 1st! We are doing a PTO fundraiser and getting discounted tickets to the Lancers Game, too! Invite family and friends, just share the special link so our school gets credit. You are invited to the following event: What: Veterans Recognition Assembly & Patriotic Student Sing-Along Where: Montclair Community Center Gymnasium When: Wednesday November 8, 1:15-2:00pm Who: ALL Montclair 4th & 5th Grade traditional and Montessori students, *4 th & 5th Grade Chorus members, parents/grandparents of any 4th & 5th grade Montclair student, Montclair Community Center & retirement facility patrons, and veterans of our armed forces. *4th & 5th Grade Chorus Parents: note this date/time change from the original Veteran’s Day program event that was listed as Nov. 10 at 9am on the chorus calendar you received in August. The November 10 event is no longer scheduled. This will take its place. Please join us in honoring our community’s Veterans on this special day. Assembly begins with the presentation of colors. Then a performance of the National Anthem by Montclair Chorus members. All 4th & 5th grade students will sing patriotic song literature throughout the remainder of the recognition assembly.
