[email protected] Abstract The objective of this study was to evaluate the IVF derived embryos after freezing three and six months, pregnancy rate of fraternal twins as well as through hormonal concentration and rectal palpation 60 days following transferred. Thirty four Friesian cows were synchronized the estrous and stimulated to developing two CLs by using 500 IU PMSG and 7.5 mg PG for recipient in inactive ovaries status (hypofunction). The serum progesterone was analyzed by RIA technique before, during treatment, after 7, and 14 of transferred. Sixty eight frozen thawed Madura cattle embryos were used in this study. These embryos even those frozen for three or six months there were showed a significantly different in variability. The progesterone concentration was higher at 14 days following transfer than at the time of transfer in pregnant recipient. The other hand the mean of progesterone concentration at 14 days following transferred embryo in twin was 5.39 ng/ml higher significantly than 2.66 ng/ml in single pregnancy. The recipient diagnosed pregnant at 21 days were 32.3% and only 29.4% was twin fraternally at 60 days after transferred. Key words : Madura cattle embryo, fraternal twin
