2. Si So Phon-Phnom Penh (337 km) The rehabilitation project to permit 15 tonnes axle loads at an average speed of 50 km/hour is expected to be completed in 2013 3. Phnom Penh-Loc Ninh (254 km) The feasibility study is completed and seeking for budget to conduct the detail design. 4. Aranyaprathet-Poipet (6 km) The proposed budget for the construction of railway line and bridge has already been approved and the construction is expected to start in early 2013.
