CITY OF OJAI RESOLUTION NO. 15-35 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OJAI TO UPDATE THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Ojai has entered into a Animal Services Agreement with the County of Ventura, approved by the Board of Supervisors; and WHEREAS, the Animal Services Agreement authorizes the County to provide animal license processing services for the City during fiscal year 2015-16; and WHEREAS the City Animal Services Agreement requires that the City adopt the license fees set forth in the Ventura County Animal Services approved schedule of rate and fees; and WHEREAS, the County has conducted a public hearing and adopted the license fees set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ojai that: SECTION 1. Adoption of Fees A. The fees set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, are hereby adopted for animals licensed within the City of Ojai and shall be effective on July 1, 2015. B. The fees shall be added to the City of Ojai Master Fee Schedule.
