Box Tops for Education

September 11 Grandparent’s Day September 14 Open House/Hotdog Supper September 18 Interims September 20

Again this year we are collecting Box Tops for Education. These can be found on various products. Please collect them and send them to school with your child. It would be helpful if you would put them in a ziplock bag with your child’s name on it. We will have competitions each month for classrooms to see who can collect the most box tops. If you have any questions about this, please contact the school office.

Hurricane Harvey Relief!! So many families, communities and schools have lost everything because of Hurricane Harvey. CES wants to reach out to the families by donating money to the American Red Cross. Each classroom will collect money during the weeks of Sept. 11-25. We are asking that our students fill a jar with loose change but we will also take dollar bills and checks. We are making this a competition between classes. The class that raises the most money in each grade will have the opportunity to throw water balloons at their teacher for fun. Our theme this year is "CES Rocks Kindness" and this is one way for our school to show kindness to another community. Thanks for your help and support.
