“FUN DAY FOR KIDS” Saturday, February 11th from 9:30am-3:00pm

PARENTS TAKE A BREAK AND ENJOY A DAY OFF... by dropping your kids off at the UWGB Volleyball & Basketball Skills ‘n Games from 9:30am-12:30pm and they will also receive FREE ADMISSION to see the 18-time Horizon League Champion & Top 30 ranked Women’s Basketball team take on Youngstown State University from 1:00-3:00pm that same day!!!

Participate in the UWGB Kids Volleyball & Basketball Skills ’n Games from 9:30am-12:30pm

AND Then attend the UWGB Women’s Basketball Game vs the Youngstown State Penguins from 1:00-3:00pm INFORMATION All events will be held at the Kress Events Center on February 11th. For more information email Chris Seidl @ [email protected]

Date: Saturday, February 11th from 9:30am-3:00pm with registration from 9:00-9:30am Ages: 6th Grade or Younger (Girls & Boys are Welcome) Location: Kress Events Center on the UWGB Campus Cost: $35 for volleyball and basketball skills and games which includes FREE SUPERVISED ADMISSION to the women’s basketball game at 1:00pm. Parents DO NOT need to attend the basketball game. LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED AT OUR CONCESSION STAND. Participants will have the choice of a Hot Dog, Pizza Slice or Nachos, a Drink and choice of Popcorn or Candy. Notes: Parents take the day off! The Green Bay volleyball players & coaching staff will instruct your child in all the skills of volleyball. Your child will also get to compete in fun basketball games and then we will supervise your child during the women’s basketball game. After registration in the morning from 9-9:30am, simply pick up your child at 3pm after the basketball game ends at the Kress Events Center!

RELEASE (please read and sign, application cannot be processed without signing) In consideration for the Attendee/Camper being permitted to participate in the [Green Bay Volleyball Camps, LLC & University of Wisconsin-Green Bay] from [January 1, 2017December 31, 2017 (“Activity”), I do waive and release forever any and all rights for claims and damages I may have against University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, its governing board, officers, agents, employees, Green Bay Volleyball Camps, LLC and Coach Burdette, from and against any and all liability for any harm, injury, damage, claims, demands, actions, costs, and expenses of any nature which Attendee may have or which may hereafter accrue to Attendee, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or personal injury, that may be sustained by Attendee or by any property belonging to Attendee, whether caused by negligence or carelessness on the part of University of WisconsinGreen Bay, its officers, employees, agents, Green Bay Volleyball Camps, LLC and Coach Burdette, or otherwise, while Attendee is in, on, upon, or in transit to or from the premises where the Activity, or any adjunct to the Activity, occurs or is being conducted. I accept, understand, and assume that there is a risk of injury in this Activity, due to the physical nature of the Activity, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, and being injured by thrown or batted balls. I understand that this Activity is neither administered nor sponsored by University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and that Coach Burdette is providing this instruction or camp outside the scope of his/her employment with the University. I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, its governing board, its officers, its employees, its agents, Green Bay Volleyball Camps, LLC and Coach Burdette from any and all claims and liability arising out of the Activity.
