Book a bus tour! Date: 24 Jun 2011 Pupils from Pilgrim School, Oxford Street, Plymouth are organising short bus tours of the City on Tuesday 5th July as part of a school project aimed at building business experience. There will be three tours during the day at 11am, 12md and 1pm. A running commentary will be given by the children, pointing out historical parts of the City and cream teas will be available in Pilgrim School at the end of the tour, bringing a tasty end to the proceedings. The tour costs just £2 for adults, £1 for children and £5 for a family. Tickets can be obtained by e-mailing Pilgrim School on [email protected] or by calling into Plymouth Citybus Travel Centre, 3rd Floor, Debenhams, Royal Parade. It is hoped that the school will receive plenty of support. Money raised will go towards various school funds and the project will give the children a taste of the tourism experience!
