2012-2013 Registration/Evaluation

Unionville Ice Hockey Club

Registration for the upcoming season is now available. The number of teams and their roster sizes will be determined by final registration numbers. Currently, the Club is planning on fielding a High School Varsity and JV team, a High School Girls Varsity team and two Middle School teams. Every attempt will be made to accommodate all players who register and attend evaluations. Registration Fee: A non-refundable payment of $250 is required before 07/31/2012. § Refundable (minus evaluation ice fees) only if player attends tryouts and is not placed on a team. § No player will be permitted on the ice that has not paid his/her registration fee or has an outstanding balance with UIHC. Estimated Membership Fee: § High School Boys Varsity/JV $1,300.00 Ø New players will need to purchase jerseys. § High School Girls Varsity $975.00 Ø New players will need to purchase jerseys. § Middle School Gold/Blue $1,075.00 *Final cost, for all teams, will be determined in September and may differ from noted fee pending finalized practice ice fees. Payment: Full payment is due prior to October 15th, 2012. Submit FINAL payment PRIOR to October 15th, 2012. Failure to comply will prohibit player participation in ANY UIHC activity on or off the ice. If payment is not paid in full, player will NOT be placed on the team’s ICSHL Roster or USA Hockey Official Roster which will prohibit participation in any game or competition. USA Hockey Registration § All players must register with USA Hockey (http://www.usahockey.com ); these fees are not included in the membership fees. § All players are required to be registered prior to evaluations and present a bar coded registration confirmation sheet of their USA Hockey Membership at Evaluation night. Evaluations § Will be held in September at Ice Line Quad Rinks, West Chester; Time and Date TBD. § Players will be selected for teams based on evaluation performance in accordance with UIHC team philosophy.
