I was wai ng for Ms. Schiller's reply to the 4/11/14 le er for her to join me in reques ng the U.S. Postal Inspec on's inves ga on of the "Second NFTL $64,057." Mr. Broecker, lawyer for Cook Group Incorporated, has confirmed Ms. Allen's offer of submissions pertaining to that inves ga on. You admi ed that you saw the "Judgment" Quicken Loans "pulled." If Judge Busch had recorded that judgment, no one else today is willing or able to show that recording, including our County Clerk Christa Coffey. I a ach my billing statement for Mr. Carver based on the "credit report" Steve sent. Was that where you "saw," in your words, the "judgment"? Please explain. Francis K. Mr. Hudson, I just reviewed the credit report Steve sent. I was unable to discern any entry which might remotely be considered what you called, for the fourth time, the judgment for $64,057. You'd clearly, somehow, made a finding of someone tampering with what was recorded to make it into what you'd wanted to use as the judgment, and are now getting cold feet and plan to have it changed into something else. Please refrain from any further acts of changing what's in the recorder's office. You have in your hands the judgment, because the credit report makes no mention of it. I am not asking you or Quicken Loans to do anything for me, other than sending me what you've been disclosing to me, repeatedly, something about a judgment, something new and strange to both me and Steve. Is that why you removed him from this discussion? As for emailing back and forth, the record shows that I had not wanted to deal with you in the first

place. I sure am glad, though, now that we've begun this revealing discovery making. I know you and Quicken Loans would want to abide by the law and ensure, for me and the US Treasury, the integrity of the judgment, which is not entered in the credit report Steve sent. Finally, I will address this judgment, as soon as you email me a copy of it. Frank Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note™, an AT&T LTE smartphone

And, as I already stated more than once, we do not have a copy of the judgment. I repeat, we do not have a copy of the judgment. I explained exactly where we saw it, which was on the credit report we pulled, and which you confirmed you already have a copy of. I urge you to review that credit report, and use any informa on contained in it to your advantage. We will “keep mums,” as we are not knowingly involved with anyone you associate with. You should do everything conceivable to get this judgment addressed, but you will need to act on that yourself. I am sorry, but emailing back in forth as we have been doing today will not help us approve a loan for you. When you are able to provide us with documenta on showing that judgment is either sa sfied, or dismissed, please provide it, so we can see about qualifying you for a loan. Un l that me we will not be able to assist you with financing.

Mr. Hudson, Thank you for corroborating, not once, but three times, that someone converted Purdue Board's perjury into a judgment for $64,057. Rest assured that I will make sure next Monday that the clerk's office preserve the judgment you report. My concern is, now that you've reported this great new finding of a judgment, someone will gain access to the recorder's office and convert it to something else. I will tell no one over this weekend, other than the people I work with. Make sure that you also keep mums. Or, better and safer yet, you at once send me via email a copy of the judgment before something happens to it. A judgment is a publication. There is no need for secured transmission. Put another way, I shall hold you and Quicken Loans responsible for securing this judgment, as a favor to me and the IRS -- if you will. I will then do everything conceivable to get this judgment prosecuted as soon as possible.

Dear Ms. Schiller, On 4/4/14, I wrote for President Obama to make public Berkeley's rejoinder to my "Final Report, Re: Sullivan's sponsorship," pending Bobby's retrieval of the subject O.A. Rule 5. I now believe it's best for you to join me in requesting US Postal Inspection's investigation of Bobby's theft of my electronic and US mail, by which Ms. Bowman certified the contents of "the Second NFTL for $64,057," to which was attached Purdue Board's perjury.1 In support, I attach the Index for www.nsffunding.com, your issuance of the Letters 1862 and 2050. To settle the 1995 account, I need Treasury to repay me, http://nsffunding.com/proposal.php > the 1996 report, $723.00 and the $47,663.12, plus interest and a statement on the United States' resolution of In re McLean's Graphics Corporations, Chicago, USBC, No. 84 B 0987, as to IRS SB/SE executives' theft with the Ginsburgs of Treasury's moneys recovered from McLean's Graphics, the proximate cause for Sullivan to sponsor their issuance of the "RNFTL" and the "Second NFTL" to supplement that of the death threats received 1/3/96 by me and my family.2 In the meantime, for Mr. Obama's public disclosure of Berkeley Chemistry's rejoinder, I shall await Bobby's retrieval from Sony of the out-of-print 1993 O.A. Rule 5. Yours truly,

Francis K. Fong Chief Science Officer Encls.

June 25, 2007 IR Commissioner Mark Everson C/o Mr.Gilbert Martinez Internal Revenue Service Washington, D.C. 20224

Via Fax @202-622-6113 and email [email protected] Re: Resolution of $5,546.96 balance

Dear Commissioner Everson, To render unconditional the conditional terms of our Code § 7623 contract signed 12/8/00, I write for you to pay off the $5,546.96 balance due and release the attached NFTL of 3/4/02. In the fall of 2004, Acting Chief Counsel Parker’s staff and I arranged to have Judge Moody as presiding judge for the anticipated lawsuit, United States v. Fong, for the $5,546.96 unpaid balance. We targeted this judge because, on 5/7/04, he used Mr. Daniels’ fictitious entry in Woodmar, “Renewed Petition to Disburse Funds,” to issue an order, at 5, to grant fictitious petitioners the $48,903.81 Mr. Daniels had, in 1978, transferred to the Sibley trust. We created the $5,546.96 balance to nail the Examination executives who, with the Ginsburgs, stole the proceeds from McLean’s Graphics Corporation, USBC, Chicago, No. 84 B 0987, those which I reported in the attached 12/31/96 report addressed to Commissioner Richardson. With the $5,546.96 balance due paid, and the $47,663.12 owing to me repaid, we can then have my delinquent returns filed, NTA No. 3221334, for Treasury to settle my entire account. Sincerely,

Francis K. Fong Encls.
