JOB PROFILE: ·  Interact with the customer prior to visit, call customer to confirm problem and fix time for visit  Interact with customer at their premises, enquire about the symptoms and history of problems in the appliance  Suggest possible solutions to customer, explain the time required and methodology for servicing necessary  Achieve productivity and quality as per company’s norms, ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback SKILL SET:  Basic electrical and mechanical modules of various appliances  Electronics involved in the type of appliance  Models of different appliances and their common and distinguishing features  Functionality of different features of appliances and new features  Etiquette to be followed at customer’s premises  Precautions to be taken while handling field calls and dealing with customers  Relevant reference sheets, manuals and documents to carry in the field  various electronic & electrical components, materials and their specific properties & usages  The user/individual on the job needs to know and understand how to use multi meter, tester.
