4. REGISTRATION  No registration fee.  The Organizing Committee will invite foreign professional competitors for this regatta. According to the order of application, the Organizing Committee will confirm 40 competitors (the first 15 competitors of MK1 and WK1, and the

first

competitors

of

MC1)

and

offer

them

accommodation (31st March-3rd April) and round-trip tickets for free.  The Organizing Committee will provide free boats for athletes, but please bring your own paddles.  There will be 1km between hotels and Training Course, and 50km between hotels and Competition Course. Free shuttle bus will be run between the hotels and the courses during the regatta.  Any extra service of the hotel such as minibars, telephones, parking, and etc. will be charged directly to the participants.

7. MEDICAL SUPPORT, SECURITY AND INSURANCE  Medical services are available for all participants.  Security service on the venue.  Insurance for the event  All official participants of the competition are strongly advised to purchase medical insurances in their respective countries. The

costs

of

regular

first

aid,

ambulance

and

physiotherapeutic services are to be covered by the medical insurance, the Organizing Committee is not responsible to cover the expenses in connection with hospital treatment, dental treatment or any other medical treatment.

8. VISA All participants are requested to contact the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the respective country. Please be aware that visa applications may take extended time to process. Please send requests for supporting documents to participants’ visa application to the Organizing Committee as soon as possible once specified by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
