          12:30   ­  3:00   PM   session                        Arguments,   Opinions,   &  UG’s,   oh   my!   ­  Building   expertise   in   argumentative   writing    across   content   areas            Participants   will   receive   Karen’s   DOK   12­page   flip   book   ­with   5  content­specific   CRMs   and   a  tool   for   evaluating   a          performance   task   and   table   of   teacher­student   roles.           The   entire   day   will   provide   teachers   with   hands­on   time   to   collaborate   and   enhance   activities   and   assessments          that   they   already   use   in   their   classroom.    These   sessions   are   designed   for   all   teachers,   grades   K­12.
