2017-2018 Capital Campaign Dear MBHS Aquatics Supporter, I am incredibly excited to announce our 2017/2018 Capital Campaign to raise important funds in support of the Morro Bay High School aquatics teams. Our water polo and swimming & diving student-athletes have been gifted a truly incredible facility - The new Morro Bay High School Aquatic Center. Now that construction of the pool is complete and our teams have begun to train and compete here on the MBHS campus, we are undertaking an important capital campaign to raise the funds necessary to purchase the training equipment needed to give all our aquatics student-athletes the best opportunity for success. The Morro Bay High School Aquatics 2017/2018 Capital Campaign will attract donations used to buy several important items including the following:
Additional shot / pace clocks Practice water polo caps Swim fins and paddles
Television for game film review Shelving for storage room Ez-Up shade structures
Through the passage of Measure D and the use of those funds to build the MBHS Aquatic Center, the community and San Luis Coastal Unified School district have shown tremendous support for all our MBHS aquatics teams. With donations from individuals / businesses such as yourself, the coaching staff will be able to purchase the remaining equipment our student-athletes need to reach their full potential. Our goal is to raise $10,000 by the end of the 2017/2018 academic school year, so every donation no matter how large or small is extremely important and valuable to us. Donations can be made online by accessing the links on the “Support MBA” page on www.morrobayaquatics.com, or by mailing a check made out to “MBHS Aquatics” to the address below: Morro Bay High School Attn: Aquatics / Andrew Silva 235 Atascadero Rd Morro Bay, CA 93442 Please know just how much we appreciate your support and potential donation.
