Boise Evening School Boise Evening School (BES) is a credit recovery program that helps students gain credits needed to graduate. It is not designed to serve as a student's primary educational setting. Consequently, BES does not offer special education services, as they should be obtained at the student's primary school. BES is required by law to provide accommodations provided by the IEP or 504 team to meet the needs of students with disabilities to the same extent as the needs of students without disabilities are met. To ensure class placement, students must attend registration and pay at least $20 of the $95 fee. Student grades will not be posted to transcripts until fees are paid in full.

Online Flex at Boise Evening School The Online Flex Program offered at Boise Evening School is one that allows students to work at their own pace on English or social studies content with the assistance of a certified teacher. Students complete assignments that are provided online and submit them in to the BES teacher for feedback and grading. While some classes other than English or social studies may be available, online teachers will serve as instructors and communication, assistance, feedback, and grading takes place via email. While students may choose the evenings they wish to attend Online Flex, they must complete all activities before the end of the trimester. Consequently, it is recommended that students attend Flex Online at least two nights weekly to meet this requirement. Students may not take Online Flex courses that are being taught at Boise Evening School during the current semester.

I understand that attending Boise Evening School is a privilege and that there are school and district rules to which I must adhere. To be successful at Boise Evening School, I agree to the following:  I will follow staff directives and comply with school expectations.  I will behave appropriately.  I will attend classes to meet the hours of instruction mandated by the state for high school credit.
