All Report of Physical Count of Property Plant & Equipment from National, DEP-EDCentral Office, DEP-ED NCR, SEF/City, Donated Properties must be ready during the scheduled date and the teacher incharge of Science, Library, H.E. computer rooms.

All Property Account Cards {Form 100}, Monthly Sales Report, approved condemnations, Request/approved relief, Property Acknowledgement Receipt {PAR}, Inventory Custiodian Slip (ICS}, and other pertinent records regarding to properties/supplies should be ready and made available during the scheduled date. 5. All District Supervisors, Principals, Property custodians are directed to conduct pre-checking and inspection of properties to determine the accuracy of their reports . Any discrepancies may arise during physical checking the accountable officer will be held responsible . 6. To conform with the existing requirements, the COA Resident Auditor {National & Local) of the Division Office or his authorized representatives shall be requested to do the checking and verification of property and records in the presence of the Public Schools District Supervisors, Principal concerned, the Supply Officer and Superintendent's representative.
