Fees: This event is open to both AOB members and non-members. To help us cover the costs of the event there is a $10 entry fee (I or 2 entries) for AOB members and $15 for non-members. (Our annual membership is only $20 - we encourage participants to join our group!) All checks should be made out to “Artists of Bristol”. Sales: It is understood that sales will be handled by the individual artists. We request that 10% of sales be donated to the Silver Lake Nature Center to help support the programs they sponsor. Each artist is responsible for collecting and submitting the PA Sales Tax for artwork that is sold. Conditions of Agreement: * Artwork submitted must be available for the duration of the exhibit & not removed before June 25. Pick up is Sunday, June 25, 11 - 2:00 * Each artist may enter one or two pieces of original artwork. (No digital reproductions, please.) All artwork must be ready for display. * 2-dimensional work MUST be properly framed, mounted & wired for hanging. Use wire only; NO ‘saw tooth’ hangers or plastic box frames will be accepted. Wrapped canvas is permitted provided the edges are painted or finished. All works on paper must be framed under glass or plexiglas. There is a weight limit of 8 pounds for each piece that will be hung. * 3-D work is very acceptable, but the artist must provide a base for each piece. Entering work in this exhibit implies an agreement by the artist with all conditions set forth in this prospectus. We request that artists who wish to participate will respect the public location of the exhibit. The Artists of Bristol on the Delaware and the Silver Lake Nature Center reserve the right not to accept and display artwork that may be offensive, physically harmful to viewers - or - especially fragile. I know, understand and accept that the artwork listed on this form will not be insured for loss or damage while on exhibit in this location and, that my participation is voluntary. The Silver Lake Nature Center and Artists of Bristol shall be held harmless for damage to personal property or personal injury which may result from my participation in this event.
