Location: Lambert Football Field/Weight room Cost: $100 for one week/$175 for both. Description: Campers will learn Lambert football as well as speed and strength training from the Longhorn staff. The first half of the day will be football instruction and the other half will be speed development.

Lambert Co-Ed Speed Camp Activity ID: 312954-A Date/Time: June 26 - June 28 10:30 -1:00 Location: Lambert Football Field/Weight room Cost: $100 Description: Campers will receive specialized performance in all areas of speed training. Camp includes specialized performance training; Emphasis in Straight ahead speed (SAS), and Lateral speed and agility (LSA) that can be applied to all sports. We implement reaching top speed by using the 5 Tier athletic system. Campers should bring lunch each day, and will receive a T-shirt.
