PROTECT YOUR SKIN THIS SUMMER! To decrease the risks caused by sun exposure, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value and reapply at least every 2 hours especially when sweating, swimming, and immediately after towel drying. You can further protect your skin by limiting time in the sun (especially from 10AM to 2 PM) and wearing long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. It is also important to stay away from indoor tanning beds.
