Tribally Supported Agriculture (TSA) Program Payroll Deduction Policy and Procedure for Tribal Employees The Red Earth Gardens Payroll Deduction Program is designed to give the below listed Employee the opportunity to participate in the TSA share of Red Earth Garden by providing payments through a weekly payroll deduction. I understand and agree that this payroll deduction will be a commitment for the chosen time period and may not be changed until the end of that period. The TSA program will be automatically deducted through payroll deduction on a weekly basis. I also understand that the amount selected will be deducted from the first pay period in June for Entire Season or Early Season Shares OR in August for Late Season Shares and will continue to be deducted each week for the designated number of weeks of the share selected. Produce pick up start and end dates are subject to change due to the weather and will be adjusted accordingly. Please initiate the selected TSA Program Deduction. Please initial the appropriate pricing based on date, check a SEASON Box and check the desired SHARE SIZE circle: On or before April 1st
