Walk with Joe and be a part of a national movement to raise awareness to prevent youth homelessness!! On May 1, 2016, Joe Roberts, former homeless youth, began pushing a shopping cart across Canada to raise awareness and funds to end youth homelessness. This national trek started May 1, 2016 from St. John’s Newfoundland and will end September 30, 2017 in Vancouver, British Columbia. A 9,000km, 17-month journey. By the time THE PUSH for CHANGE arrives in Yellowknife, Joe will have shared his personal story of transformation with over a million Canadians at more than 300 events! July 2, 2017 will be day 428 of the 517-day trek and Joe will have already pushed the shopping cart over 7,000 km! 100% of funds raised support:

SideDoor operates a Resource Centre, Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing for youth.
