ENTRANCE FEES The New Family Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee charged to all new incoming families. The New Student Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee charged to all new, entering siblings/students of current and returning families, regardless of the family’s tenure at Saint Mark’s. New Family Fee – Entering Preschool $1,500.00 (Preschool families may pay $500.00 at preschool enrollment and $1,000.00 at Kindergarten enrollment.) EXTENDED CARE This program will operate during the school year, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the exception of regular school holidays (please see School Calendar). Fees for monthly use must be made on the first of each month, September through May (9 payments). This fee may be included with other payments due at that time. FEES 1.

Hourly statements are mailed by the 10th of the following month. Reservations must be made through the office at least one day in advance of use. If calling outside school hours, please leave a message. OVERTIME POLICY PICK UP OF STUDENTS LATER THAN 6:00 P.M. IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. $15.00 per child for each 15 minutes of delay will be billed to your account. Repeated late pick-ups will result in withdrawal of Extended Care privileges. PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN CHILDREN OUT OF EXTENDED CARE. Non-compliance will result in increased Extended Care fees and/or withdrawal of Extended Care privileges. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------CREDIT CARD POLICY Credit cards are not accepted for the payment of tuition and fees. Please contact the Business Office if your financial situation makes it necessary to use a credit card on an emergency basis to pay tuition and fees. RETURNED CHECK POLICY A fee of $30.00 per check is charged for every check that is returned. LATE PAYMENT POLICY Payments not received by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $30.00 late fee. However, the initial tuition payment is due no later than August 1, 2018 and is subject to late fees after that date. RATE AMENDMENT POLICY Saint Mark’s School reserves the right to amend its schedule of tuition and fees at any time and will provide at least thirty (30) days notice of any change. This policy is not intended to modify the terms of any executed enrollment agreements. REFUND POLICY Due to continuing expenses like salaries, rent, maintenance, etc., the school cannot refund fees paid or cancel tuition or fee obligations when a student is absent for any reason. WITHDRAWAL POLICY If circumstances require withdrawal before the end of the school year, written notice must be given directly to the Head of School. Parents or guardians financially responsible for students are obligated to pay full annual tuition.
