Much of this foot traffic consists of people looking for information about things to do and services they need. By joining the Chamber, you’re entitled to have your promotional rack cards on the showroom for people to see and take. The Visitor Center staff works to refer these potential customers exclusively to the members of the Chamber — join the Chamber and let us work for you! • (6) HOURS OF FREE* COMMUNITY ROOM VENUE SPACE USAGE PER YEAR. Normally available to rent for $40/hr to the public, our Visitor Center has a newly-renovated upstairs Community Room meeting space which is available to Chamber members for free* within annual limits. Your membership grants six hours of usage per year with no hourly fee as part of your membership, with only a *$25 per-use utilities fee. With two bathrooms, A/C,, a kitchenette, and tables & chairs for up to 75 people, we encourage you to contact us for more about the space! • PROGRAMS TO OPTIMIZE YOUR BUSINESS. As a Chamber member, you are entitled to access our elective services to further optimize your commercial impact. Call the office at 607.569.2989 to learn more about our cooperative info packet program (we will mail your brochures to incoming visitors to the area), the Small Business Saturday shopping initiative, annual Job Fair, Visitor Center kiosk / Main Street Sign / Elmira Airport advertising opportunities, the Chamber gift certificate program (become a business that accepts Chamber Bucks), and health & dental insurance plan consultations. Chamber members receive exclusive access or discounted rates to all Chamber programs and event vendor fees. Chamber members also enjoy highly discounted access to rent our brand new, furnished event and conference space (100 person capacity). • NETWORKING EVENTS.
