JOB PURPOSE

To administrator the process of provider accreditation

Responds to queries from service providers regarding accreditation process and related documentation. Record keeping and filing of service provider accreditation. Keep a record of all accreditation status of re-accredited service providers on the database. Change accreditation status of re-accredited service providers on the database. Check and verify details before printing accreditation certificates. Fax and post accreditation certificates. Update MIS system with any changes to existing service provider information. Arrange and attend departmental meetings. Arrange for provider capacity building workshops. Assist with arranging annual road shows. Receives and records all incoming documentation for ETQA and allocates to the appropriate person Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS MININUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Internal departments: All departments within AgriSETA N6 in Office Administration or any equivalent related qualification Advance competencies in Excel, Word and Outlook Advance Administrative skills Accuracy Team player
