Learned counsel appearing for the respondent seeks permission to file written submissions containing suggestions in this regard. Permission, as sought for, is granted to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. As jointly prayed for by learned counsel appearing for the parties, matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. We direct the parties to appear before the said Centre on 11.11.2017. The Mediator would endeavour to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties and send his/her Report to this Court. List the matter along with Mediation Report after four weeks.
