WWW.LIVELAW.IN 2 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R By this application filed by the CBI, it is prayed that Shri V.P.S. Maan, Dy. SP, CBI, New Delhi may be appointed in place of Shri P. Shadang, Dy. SP in the Special Investigation Team constituted in terms of our orders dated 14th July, 2017 and 22nd August, 2017. The second request made in this application is that Shri L.S. Padma Kumar, SP, New Delhi may also be included in the Special Investigation Team. The inclusion of this officer will be in addition to the constitution of the Special Investigation Team in terms of the office order dated 27th July, 2017. The
final
request
made
in
the
application
is
to
permit the Dy. Inspector General-cum-Head of Branch, CBI, SC-III, New Delhi to attend to other work of the CBI, apart from monitoring the cases being investigated by the Special Investigation Team. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the requests made by the CBI. Accordingly, application is allowed. However, it is made clear that the third request is acceded to subject to the condition that the work of the Special Investigation Team will not suffer in any manner.
