UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The claim of the petitioner is that he was married to daughter of respondent no.4 after converting his religion. However, respondent No.4 claims that his daughter was minor at the time of marriage and on that version the police separated the couple. According to the petitioner, daughter of respondent No.4 was not juvenile and they were illegally separated. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that there is no valid conversion of the petitioner and it remains a disputed question.

marriage has taken place between the petitioner and the daughter of respondent No.4 so as to grant the relief sought. Accordingly,

petition

is

without

prejudice to any other remedy in accordance with law.. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
