The Local Government of Iriga City is inviting duly licensed supplier/distributor to submit price quotation for the Camarines Supply and delivery of herbicide, this city,Sur approved budget for the contract – Two Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred (P 298,500.00) Pesos,Philippines not later than 3:00 in the afternoon on April 15, 2016 at which time and date the same 63-299-1933 shall be opened in the presence of the members of the Bids and Awards Committee or their duly authorized representatives.

To be eligible to participate, interested parties are required to submit the following documents as prescribed under R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act, viz: a. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) business name registration or SEC registration certificate whichever maybe appropriate under existing laws of the Philippines; b. Valid and current Mayor’s Permit/Municipal License; c. Taxpayer Identification Number; d. PHILGEPS Registration; e. Tax Clearance. 3. Supplier already accredited need not submit the above requirements. 4. Eligible suppliers shall submit their price quotations through their authorized managing officer in the prescribed form, including its annexes, if any, on or before the specified deadline in sealed envelope, which shall be addressed to the Bids and Awards Committee, Local Government of Iriga City, and marked “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 3:00 PM April 15, 2016. Bids submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted by the B.A.C. 5. The BAC will issue a Bid Documents at the office of the Bids and Awards Committee upon their submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of non-refundable amount of P500.00 to Iriga Cashier. 6. The City of Iriga assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate of indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
7. The Local Government of Iriga City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, declare a failure of bidding or not to award the contract if found to be disadvantageous to the government. ENGR. Guidelines on the Delivery Period of herein procurement is Appendix 15 (re: Revised Guidelines on the Use of Ordering Agreement) of Republic Act (R.A.) 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). 2. During submission of Letter of Intent (LOI), kindly bring original copies of Mayor’s Business Permit and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Business Name Registration, authorization from the Authorized Managing Officer (AMO) is not allowed.
