PAYDAY SCHEDULES (DLA) Payroll checks shall be issued to all employees, except those employees covered by the master contract between the Board and the Ames Education Association, on the last District workday of each month. Employees covered by the master contract shall receive their payroll checks as stipulated in the master contract. Adopted February 19, 1990

PAYDAY SCHEDULES Employees covered by the master contract shall receive paychecks as stipulated in the master contract. Payday for all administrators and all support staff employees is the last District workday of each month. Employees shall be paid 1/12th of their yearly salary on the last workday of each calendar month. This schedule is for employees paid on a regular monthly basis. Any deduction will be made or overtime paid in the following month; for example, any overtime worked from September 1-30 will be paid in the October check. Employees who are paid from a time sheet will receive checks on the following schedule: time worked from August 1-31 will be paid the last workday in September, time worked from September 1-30 will be paid the last workday in October, etc. Last Revision January 14, 2013
