1. After logging into AiM click on the "Finance" link on the left hand side of the screen.

2. In the menu click on the (New), button next to External Charges. A new external charge will be created

‐Type a description for your expenditures ‐Type in or search for the approved MM work order for this expenditure using the icon. ‐The system defaults "Material" in the subledger menu. Specify if it's "Material", "Labor", "Equipment" or "Contract" ‐Enter the expenditure amount in the "Subtotal" field ‐Click the button ‐In the "Requisition" field specify if the expenditure was "Regular", "10%", "8%" or "10% SEC"
‐In the "Batch" field specify your district and fiscal year of the expenditure, (i.e. NAT01‐2015)

‐Attach invoices related to this expenditure ‐Click "Related Documents" on the left hand side of the screen.
