Honorable Mr. McQuade: On July 25, 2011 at approximately 4:27 pm (CST) I received a harassing and intimidating call from Mr. Rudy Guerrero. Mr. Guerrero accused me of lying in my correspondence to you on July 20, 2011, asking me when and how I sent information to him. Mr. Guerrero told me that he was going to call Mr. xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx to see what information he has on my issue. Sir, Mr. Guerrero is looking to blame someone for his negligence. I informed Mr. Guerrero that he had a lot of nerve talking to me in the manner he did. I informed Mr. Guerrero that he had a lot of nerve to call me after receiving the letter addressed to you, when he did not return any of my calls left on his answering machine. I would not doubt whether Mr. Guerrero is erasing all his voice mails to prove I did not call him. This is what I think about his character and behavior. Every time I called and left a message on Mr. Guerrero’s voice mail I left a detailed account of why I was calling and the relief I was seeking. Notwithstanding, requesting he call me back, which he never did. Mr. Guerrero told me that he was going to deny my allegations and claims. I informed Mr. Guerrero his decision was okay with me because I was going to post this letter and the letter dated July 20, 2011 on the Internet to inform present Citibank customers and those who were or are contemplating to be a Citibank customer on the character and behaviors of Citibank employees. From Mr. Guerrero’s response to this promise, it appears that Mr. Guerrero was not concerned. Sir, I had a massive heart attack on July 8, 2011 at 12:30 am. Two of my 3 arteries were blocked, one was 100% and the other was 99% blocked. I had a stent put in one of my arteries. I was discharged from the hospital on July 9, 2011 at 3:30 pm. I do not need the stress Mr. Guerrero inflicted upon me. I had an anxiety attack after talking with him. Therefore, I need to know your response to my dilemma. Please respond in a timely fashion.
