Union Academy Named One of the Top Ten Places to Work Union Academy continues to excel as not only a National School of Character but now has been named one of the top places to work by The Charlotte Observer. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces included a twenty-two question survey that was sent out to 1,070 employers across the Charlotte-Metro area by a company known as Workplace Dynamics. Union Academy was one of fifty work places included on the list of top places to work. This achievement would not be possible without the consistent hard work and dedication put forth by the students, families, and staff here at Union Academy. We are extremely grateful and honored to receive this recognition.
