s. 2016 DIVISION CAPACITY BUILDING SEMINAR FOR ELEMENTARY SCIENCE TEACHERS

TO:

OIC, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chief- CID, SGOD Education Program Supervisors Public Schools District Supervisors Public Elementary School Administrators Science Teachers Pursuant to Division Science Workplan 2016-2017 and the thrust of quality education, the Division Capacity Building Seminar for Elementary Science Teachers will be conducted on June 7-9, 2016 at Dasmaririas II Central School, Dasmarifias City. 2. With the theme, " Creating an Innovative Kto12 Science Classroom" The Training Workshop aims to: a. improve instructional competence of Science Teachers. b. utilize innovative instructional materials in science classroom c. familiarize them on their role as designer, facilitator, assessor of learning and.. d. unpack standards and facilitate understanding and mastery of competencies. The participants to this activity are Science teachers in all grade levels, Public Elementary School Administrators, PSDS, speakers and facilitators. 4. Each participant is requested to bring: a. Provision for snacks and lunch for the duration of the seminar. b. Reference books, compiled activities and test questions (day 3) c. Curriculum guide. Enclosed in this memorandum are: a. opening and closing program b. training matrix for each grade level c. executive and working committees d. list of facilitators 6. There is NO Registration for the conduct of this activity. 7. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desi d.
