A sample of what I eat on Weight Watchers By Sarah Zimmerman www.RepeatCrafterMe.com Breakfast: (7:30 am) Franz Light & Healthy Multi-grain English muffin (toasted) Butterlicious butter spray (on muffin) Weight Watchers Liquid Egg Whites scrambled or Egg white omelet with salsa and 1/4 sliced avocado Tall Non-Fat Latte from Starbucks Morning Snack: (9:30 am) Fage Greek Yogurt cup with Strawberry Late Morning Snack: (11:00 am) 1/2 cup Grape Nuts Cereal or 1 cup All Bran Cereal 1/2 cup fat free milk 1 banana sliced Lunch: (1:00 pm) Oven Roasted Turkey Breast sandwich (4-5 slices), white or wheat bread (2 slices), 1 tablespoon light mayo, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato or 1 container Chunk Light Tuna and light mayo in a pita pocket. or 1/2 of a spaghetti squash with 1 cup light spaghetti sauce and 2 turkey meatballs Add fruit and veggies to lunch like a cutie orange, apple slices, baby carrots, etc. 1 can La Croix sparkling water (berry flavor) Afternoon Snack: (2:30pm) Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices) Cut up cucumbers and baby carrots (I eat as much as I want) or Pre-portioned bag of pretzels and grapes Dinner: (5:30pm) Smart Ones frozen dinner HUGE side of Steamed Broccoli Florets or Tilapia or Salmon, roasted butternut squash (no oil added), and grilled asparagus, 1 cup rice or Baked/grilled chicken breast with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce, baked sweet potato (bake it until the natural sugars start to caramelize, do not add butter), large leafy
salad with grape tomatoes (I like light ranch dressing or Bernstein’s Cheese Fantastico - ONLY 2 tablespoons!) Dessert: (6:30pm) 1 bag of 100 calorie popcorn OR 1 Fiber one brownie bar OR 1 Fudgesicle OR a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich No eating after 7pm. EVERYTHING needs to be measured. Drink at least two bottles of water per day. And if I need more to snack on, I reach for veggies or fruits! Sometimes I also have a bowl of soup (I like Progresso Heart Healthy Black Bean & Vegetable)
