A LOCAL LAW CREATING A NEW COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL RETARDATION AND ALCOHOLISM SERVICES BOARD IN THE COL~TY OF COLUMBIA. BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Columbia that the Mental Hyziene Law of the State of New York, pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Laws of 1972, effective January l, 1973, repealed the former Mental Hygiene Law and all acts ·amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, as expressed. in Section 91.01 of the Mental Hygiene Law of 1972; and be it further ENACTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Columbia, that pursuant to the new Mental Hygiene Law, aforesaid, there shall be establish~d within the County of Columbia a County Mental Health, Mental ::Retardation and Alcoholism Services Board to cover the entire area of said county, pursuant to Article 1, Section 1105 of the new Mental Hygiene Law, and that the new County Mental Health, M.ental Retardation and Alcoholism Services Board shall exist, pursuant to the•__ _ provisions and requirements of the aforesaid new Mental Hygiene Law.
