ABSTRACT One fourth of the world population is now ethnically Chinese. In the last 20 years, the rapid economic development in China has made her influence on the world more significant by the day. The pace of the economic development, however, does not match the pace of moral development of China. China is in great need of a good leadership training program tailored for the market place. The training should be interesting, applicable and ethical. The Neuro Linguistic Programming is one of the most popular training programs in the global market place because it is pragmatic and engaging. However, this program lacks a strong and long lasting set of values that can cause a lasting effect on the world. The Bible can enrich this program, especially to provide clear biblical instructions on values to live an upright life. The Biblical Neuro Linguistic Programming is designed to serve the needs of modern China, by developing a Christian framework with 4Q: 1) Physical Quotient; 2) Intelligence Quotient; 3) Emotional Quotient; and 4) Spiritual Quotient. It can raise the interest and the integrity of leaders working in the market place.
