Age between 12 and 14 years on 31 March of the year of admission (30 days overage relaxation in general and 6 months overage relaxation for Hafiz-e-Quran only). At the time of admission of application form, candidate must be studying in 7th/8th class and NOT in 6th or 9th class. In case of candidate studying in private schools an attested copy of recognition of the school by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education or EDO of the Distt. must be attached. The certificate of the Headmaster/Principal is not acceptable. Application form and photograph must be attested by the Principal/Headmaster of the school in which the candidate is studying. The date of birth mentioned in the admission form will be treated as final provided it matches the date in the “B’ form and the record of the previous institution where the candidate has studied. Frontier Corps personnel will provide a certificate of service from their Unit/Formation. Entry tests are conducted on the date notified in the national press. Typed/Photo copy of the admission form is not acceptable. Incomplete/overwritten forms are liable to rejection. Photo as recent as possible not attested on the face. Name and father’s name with application form number must be written at the back. In order to facilitate changes in dates/places of tests/interview, your contact numbers given in the form must be functional /attended. Changes in contact numbers at any stage must be communicated to the college. IN ALL CASES, THE DECISION OF THE PRINCIPAL IS FINAL AND WILL NOT BE CHALLENGED IN ANY COURT OF LAW FOR OFFICE USE ONLY
