AERIES Parent Portal Condensed Instructions For all listed information – please note that the login page should have Gonzales USD across the top. 1.
To sign in or create an account start at the following link https://aeries.gonzalesusd.com/parent a. Optionally you may go to the Gonzales Unified School District web site www.gonzalesusd.net and select GUSD Parent Portal under the For Parents link from the Parents & Students Tab. The full help document is located there.
2. For new accounts – Click on the Create New Account located below the main Login area.
3. Select type of account – generally parent – click Next.
4. Enter the e-mail address you will be using for your account and then confirm. Enter the password you want to use for the Parent Portal account. Confirm the password. Click Next. 5. An E-mail confirming your account will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when setting up the account. You must go to that e-mail and respond by clicking on the Confirm Current E-mail Address option. The e-mail is from
[email protected] and if it is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
6. After clicking on the e-mail messages confirm option you may be redirected to a new page with a message that states the account was verified or a link that sends you back to the login page to login with your new account.
7. You will now need to complete the steps to associate your account with your student(s). You will need the following information to you to complete Step 1 of the Student Verification.
