6.1

Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with Brooklyn SD 188 – High School The Superintendent recommends the Board approve the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with Brooklyn SD 188, for students who have a legal residence in Venice, to attend Brooklyn School District for grades 9 through 12 For the school years 2013-14 and 2014-15. The tuition rate is $12,789.37 per student, per year.

Request to use Gym from Riverbend Head Start & Family Services The Superintendent recommends the Board approve the request for Riverbend Head Start to use the gym for basketball practice on Friday, Feb. 15th, and Monday, February 25, 2013, between the hours of 6:00pm to 8:30pm. A Certificate of Liability Insurance is attached.
