I- Victims’ Names: 1- Ouday Ammar Al Shawakh, married, 29 years old, a P.E teacher. His house was next to Hamidiyat Al Taher School. His family’s house is in Al Bayatra neighborhood. He was displaced from Talbisa City in Homs suburbs and went to Raqqa City.
