AMALGAMATION BETWEEN TWO APPROVED PARTICIPANTS SCOTIA CAPITAL INC. AND DWM SECURITIES INC. RESIGNATION OF AN APPROVED PARTICIPANT DWM SECURITIES INC.

On September 10, 2013, the Special Committee − Regulatory Division of Bourse de Montréal Inc. approved the amalgamation of Scotia Capital Inc. and DWM Securities Inc., both approved participants of the Bourse. This amalgamation resulted in the resignation of S DWM Securities Inc. as an approved participant of Bourse de Montréal Inc., which was also approved by the Special Committee − Regulatory Division.

This amalgamation and the
