ANDHRA PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION: : HYDERABAD RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF ASSISTANT MOTOR VEHICLES INSPECTOR NOTIFICATION NO.45/2008 SELECTION NOTIFICATION In continuation of Selection Notification dated: 23/02/2012,24/02/2012,12/03/2012 and 24/08/2012 it is hereby notified that the 17 unfilled women vacancies of Notification No.13/2004 are carried forward to the present Notification and selections as far as women are concerned are reviewed on the basis of the results of the Written Test held on 14/11/2009 and Oral Test (Interview) held from 16/02/2012 to 23/02/2012 and 20/10/2012 for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Motor Vehicles Inspector. The candidates whose Register Numbers are given below have been provisionally selected for appointment to the posts Assistant Motor Vehicles Inspector, notified under General Recruitment vide Commission’s Notification No.45/2008 subject to the following conditions. 1) that success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the service. 2) that the candidates are found physically fit for the post; 3) that the candidates should produce such other original certificates as may be required in accordance with the Rules. 4) That this provisional selection list and the appointments made pursuant thereto are subject to the outcome of SLP (C ) Nos.22972-22985 of 2012 on the file of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or commission of any candidate then her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and she will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection, besides the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms of the various enabling provisions as notified in Notification No. 45/2008 It is further notified due to review of the selections, the candidate with Register Number 45010024 who was selected and allotted to Zone-I earlier is now re-allotted to Zone-II as per her merit and willingness exercised. With this selection list it is notified that pursuant to Notification No.45/2008, the selections were carried out for a total of 218 vacancies, which are subject to outcome of SLPs pending before the Apex Court and the following women vacancies are remained unfilled for want of eligible candidates which will be carried forward to the next notification.
