DATALOGIC VIETNAM ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIP 2014-2015 Datalogic Vietnam Engineering Scholarship 2014-2015 will provide financial assistance to engineering students at Technical Universities in Vietnam. The scholarship’s purposes are to support science and engineering education and to encourage students to study technical fields and pursue technical careers and also to attract talented people joining in Datalogic. I. Participating universities and faculties The University of Technical Education (UTE) includes the Faculty of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering), and Industrial Management. II. The Scholarships consist of:
3 ~ 5 scholarships per year based on the student’s academic achievement
Value of scholarships are USD 300~500 for each student
Opportunities to do internships with good benefits at Datalogic Vietnam during university time.
Have opportunities to join & gain valuable experience working on Datalogic projects or do the final projects.
Opportunities to become an employee at Datalogic Vietnam after graduating (Taking hi-tech technology approach in a friendly environment)
III. Selection criteria 1. Students must be a full-time Vietnamese student at the university; nd

2. 2 , 3 and 4 year students onwards of University with excellent academic achievement (Cumulative GPA from 8.0 for UTE) are accepted for application. 3. Active in community and extra-curricula activities; 4. Aspire for his/her job in the future (be presented in the Application Form) and interested in the fields: Design in Research & Development dept., Manufacturing Engineering, etc. 5. Good at technical English; 6. Have not received a scholarship or have not been employed by other companies. IV. Application package Scholarship application package must include: 1. Completed application form with English essay (Datalogic Engineering Scholarship Application form) and a 4x6 photo. st
