RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Spaces are limited. First come, first served. Receipt of payment and completed Registration Form ensures reservation of your space(s). 2. Spaces in your designated size are first come, first serve. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your space(s). 3. No electricity is available. 4. Market runs rain or shine. No refunds for rain or other weather-related issues. 5. Set up begins at 6:30am on Friday, April 28. Tear down must be completed by 6pm Saturday evening. 6. Vendors must provide tables, displays, chairs, canopies, tents, etc. NO tent stakes can be pounded into paved lot. 7. By paying registration fee, vendor agrees to the use of their logo for advertising purposes and agrees to possible listing of their merchandise in advertising. 8. The Chamber assumes no risk and shall not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss or expense that may arise for the vendor, their employees, property or goods, or to the public from any cause. Vendor understands that they should carry personal/liability insurance. 9. Vendor may cancel up to April 14 for full refund. After April 14, no refunds will be made.
ADVERTISING The market will be advertised in the local newspapers, on the Chamber website, as a Facebook event on the Chamber’s Facebook page, Facebook regional craft and sale pages, Pine Island’s local television station, mass emails and other social media community calendars. Fliers will be created and available for vendors. To keep fees low, we ask that you forward the flier to your social media contacts, post on your website and Facebook page, etc. If you would like your logo used in our advertising: PLEASE EMAIL THE CHAMBER A COPY OF YOUR LOGO FOR ADVERTISING USE before April 7.
