Exam Rooms numbered 5102, 5103, 5104 & 5105 are located in the Environmental Training Center Building. Parking is extremely limited in this lot, plan to car pool or be dropped off/picked up. Place a note on your dashboard that is labeled “AP Testing” so that you don’t get a parking ticket! From Golden take the Sixth Avenue Freeway east to the Indiana Street exit, turn right on Indiana, at the first light turn left onto the Sixth Avenue Frontage Road and continue to the entrance sign for the college. Turn right at the sign (Arbutus Drive) and turn right onto Fox Run Road, the parking lot is at the end of the road. If you reach the main campus you have gone too far. Exam Rooms numbered: 1117, 2301, 2304, 2306, 2307 & 2317 are located on the Main Campus in the East Building. Park in the A or B Parking Lot and enter through the East Entrance (5 on the map). Place a note on your dashboard that is labeled “AP Testing” so that you don’t get a parking ticket! From Golden take the Sixth Avenue Freeway east to the Indiana Street exit, turn right on Indiana, at the first light turn left onto the Sixth Avenue Frontage Road and continue to the entrance sign for the college. Turn right at the sign (Arbutus Drive) and continue to the college, which is located on the west side of Arbutus. Park in the East Parking Lot, Lots A and B are closest to the entrance. Exam Room 1117: Enter through the East entrance, walk by the Children’s Center (on the left) and continue to the next hallway on the right, turn right and the classroom will be on your right. Exam Rooms 2301, 2304, 2306, 2307, & 2317: Enter through the East entrance, walk by the Children’s Center (on the left), and continue to the staircase on your right (Stairs G) go to the 2nd floor and the classrooms are located along this hallway. If you need an elevator to get the 2nd floor continue on after the staircase (Stairs G) and into the Grand Foyer, the elevators are located next to the Info Desk.

DO BRING the following on the exam day:
A government or school-issued photo ID. You will not be allowed to test if you do not provide a picture ID. Several sharpened No. 2 pencils (with erasers) for completing multiple-choice answer sheets (mechanical pencils are not allowed). Pens with black or dark blue ink for completing areas on the exam booklet covers and for free-response questions in most exams. Up to two calculators with the necessary capabilities if you are taking an AP Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics Exam. A ruler or straightedge only if you are taking an AP Physics Exam (protractors are not allowed). Your six-digit school code if Golden is not your home high school. Home-schooled students will be provided with their state home-school code at the time of the exam.
DO NOT bring the following into the exam room:
Electronic equipment (cell phone, smartphone, laptop, tablet computer, etc.), portable listening or recording devices (MP3 player, iPod, etc.), cameras or other photographic equipment, devices that can access the Internet, and any other electronic or communication devices. Unapproved aids: Books, compasses, mechanical pencils, correction fluid, dictionaries, highlighters, notes, or colored pencils. Rulers, straightedges, and protractors (except as noted above). Scratch paper; notes can be made on portions of the exam booklets. Computers or calculators (except as noted above). Reference guides, keyboard maps, or other typing instructions. Watches that beep or have an alarm, or smart watches. Clothing with subject-related information. Food or drink must be left outside of the room and consumed only during the break.
Students cannot be dismissed until an exam has officially ended; do not ask to leave early if you finish before the end of the exam. If you play a sport or have a job, it is your responsibility to inform your coach or employer of your AP Exam obligation, and arrangements should be made accordingly. Get a good night’s rest before the exam and eat a nutritious breakfast. Students are allowed to bring a snack and beverage to the testing site for the 10-minute break; however, food and drink are prohibited in the exam room. It is advisable to bring a sweater in case the room is cold. Students are required to abide by the policies of both the College Board and Golden High School during the exam period. Any misconduct will be reported and could jeopardize the AP Exam score. An attendance roster will be given to the Attendance Office prior to and after an exam; students will be marked as “activity” which does not count as an absence from school. After a morning test students are expected to return to school for afternoon classes. Prior to afternoon tests students are expected to attend morning classes. [email protected]) as soon as possible prior to the testing day. In order to receive the partial refund of $45 per exam you must submit a cancellation request on your Total Registration account by the day prior to the scheduled exam. If approved, the refund will be issued directly to the credit card on file or a check will be mailed to address provided at registration. If you qualified for the Free/Reduced Lunch fee waiver and do not take the exam, a $15 return exam fee will be charged to your Golden High School account.
