All AMP NETCONNECT and KRONE Enterprise Networks Products (as defined below) in the Cabling System (as defined below) shall meet or exceed the performance requirements as referenced in the applicable Standard: (i) ISO/IEC 11801, or (ii) ANSI/TIA-568 including amendments to the foregoing Standards in effect as of the effective date for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the effective date stated below (the “Effective Date”). “Cabling System” means an end-to-end solution comprised of the cable, connectors, connecting hardware and patch cords listed in the latest revision of the applicable AMP NETCONNECT/KRONE Enterprise Networks regional catalogue, “Product(s)” shall mean those cable, connectors, connecting hardware and patch cords listed in the latest revision of the applicable Enterprise Networks regional catalogue in effect as of the Effective Date for the system installed in the project at the address listed below. CommScope (herein after called the ‘Company”) warrants that the AMP NETCONNECT/KRONE Products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship in all material respects for a period of twenty-five (25) years following the Effective Date. The Company also warrants that the AMP NETCONNECT/KRONE products which are the signal-carrying component Products listed in the latest revision of the applicable AMP NETCONNECT/KRONE Enterprise Networks regional catalogue as of the Effective Date shall also be free from defects in material and workmanship in all material respects and shall meet the prescribed mechanical and transmission specifications in all material respects for such Products as described in the applicable Standard for a period of twenty-five (25) years following the Effective Date for the signal-carrying Products installed in the project at the address listed below. The Company also warrants that the Cabling System will meet or exceed the cabling system requirements for any application listed in the applicable Standard: (i) ISO/IEC 11801, or (ii) ANSI/TIA-568, including amendments to the foregoing Standards in effect as of the date of sale. All warranties shall be subject to the design, installation, operation and maintenance practices and testing and environmental conditions described in the latest revision of the applicable ANSI/TIA-568, ANSI/TIA-569 standards, or ISO/IEC 11801, including amendments to the foregoing Standards in effect as of the date of sale. This Warranty excludes all cables tested that exceed the maximum allowable length as defined in the applicable Standard: (i) ISO/IEC 11801, or (ii) ANSI/TIA-568 including amendments to the foregoing Standards in effect on the Effective Date. Under the System Warranty, The Company, at its discretion, may either repair or replace the defective product itself, or through a subcontracted third party authorised to install AMP NETCONNECT/KRONE components, at the Company’s cost, including the cost of the labour to repair or replace any such defective product (see reverse side of this document for additional terms and conditions). This Warranty only applies to the system installed in the project at the address listed below:

25 SYSTEM WARRANTY ENTERPRISE NETWORK SOLUTIONS Additional Terms and Conditions ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF AMP NETCONNECT/KRONE (NOW REFERRED TO AS “THE PRODUCT”) THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MISAPPLIED, MISUSED, ABUSED, DAMAGED, OR REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL SITE OF INSTALLATION OR IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO OR IF OUTSIDE MATERIALS ARE APPLIED TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PAINT, WATER, CHEMICALS, SOLUTIONS, CLEANING SUPPLIES AND LUBRICANTS. COMMSCOPE (HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE “COMPANY”) MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR INTENDED PURPOSES WHICH TE CONNECTIVITY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS) OR STATUTORY, OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS AND DOES NOT WARRANT SYSTEM PERFORMANCE ISSUES CAUSED BY DESIGN DEFECTS, OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION, AND/OR IS CAUSED BY ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE OF THE COMPANY’S CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, USE OF NON-AMP NETCONNECT/ KRONE PRODUCTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS) OR FROM THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT IMPACT THE PERFORMANCE OF AMP NETCONNECT/KRONE PRODUCTS. FAILURE OF THE CUSTOMER TO SUBMIT ANY WARRANTY CLAIM FOR A PRODUCT TO THE AUTHORIZED COMMSCOPE OFFICE AS DESIGNATED BY THE COMPANY WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FOLLOWING EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD SHALL BE AN ADMISSION BY THE CUSTOMER AND CONCLUSIVE PROOF THAT THE PRODUCT IS IN EVERY RESPECT AS WARRANTED AND SHALL RELEASE THE COMPANY AND THE CONTRACTOR FROM ANY AND ALL SUCH CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS SUSTAINED BY THE CUSTOMER. IF THE CUSTOMER TIMELY SUBMITS A VALID WARRANTY CLAIM, THEN AT THE COMPANY’S DISCRETION, THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, INCLUDING APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY LABOR CHARGES, OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL THE COMPANY BE OBLIGATED TO PAY COSTS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY PRODUCT THAT EXCEEDS THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL THE COMPANY BE OBLIGATED TO PAY COSTS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY PRODUCT THAT EXCEEDS THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA, TIME, PROFITS, REVENUES OR THE LIKE ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF USE OR INTERRUPTION OF A SYSTEM.
