Route 39 Scenic Byway Geocache Challenge Geocachers will explore two states and five counties while completing this challenge along the scenic route 39. How this 2 state and 5 county challenge works:     

Travel along Rt. 39 between Lexington VA and Summersville WV treasure hunting and locating 9 caches. (no particular order matters). Cachers will use the coordinates below to find the caches and answer the question about each location. Visit a minimum of 6 caches and answer the questions correctly to win the special geocache coin. Bring the completed form to one of the five county visitor centers to collect the coin (locations below). Follow up by logging your cache-find on geocaching.com. You can find the post by coordinates or by name.
