IOS App Development Course for Richland Two Students Fall 2015 - This will be business apps, not gaming Tuition will be waived for accepted Richland Two students

Where and When - IOS Programming Campus of Midlands Tech Northeast Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning January 20 and running through March 26. (RSD2 Spring Break will be honored) 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Who? Richland Two students who fit the following criteria: *Sophomores, Juniors who are interested in programming and app development *Able to provide transportation to MTC Northeast *Able to access an IOS cellular enabled device such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPad mini

Important Specifics What you earn once you successfully complete the courses: Midlands Tech Continuing Education Credits Midlands Tech Certificate of Completion Apple Developers License High School Course credit in Programming 1 after both courses are completed.* *It is the responsibility of the student to present evidence of the course grade and completion to their High School Counselor. If you do not want the credit, or do not turn your paperwork over to the school counseling department, the credit will not be applied to your high school transcript.

Expectations of Richland Two Students Regular Attendance Good Behavior at all times Completion of Homework Assignments Preparation for Class Projects and Tests Respectful Treatment of MTC Equipment

How Students Will be Chosen….. MTC is accepting 12 Richland Two students.

Each high school will select two students via lottery and then two students from the remaining applicants from all high schools will be selected via lottery. Should there be a vacancy: Interested names will be kept in the event of an unforeseen vacancy. There will not be a numbered waiting list. In the event of an opening, another lottery will take place and this lottery will not be specific to the school of the vacancy.
